🚀 Led end-to-end product design in Growth, supporting Financial Services. Increased engagement by 30% in Growth, and contributed to 13% of ShopBack Pay GMV with
2.3x higher than expected transactions in the store credits project.
🚀 Proactively collaborated with cross-functional teams (CPO, PM, Design VP, Data Analyst, Researcher, Engineer) to identify and prioritize problem. Drove clarity from ambiguity, and shaped product and design strategy as the main driver.

Beyond Product Design...
I am a 🎼 music lover. I love to 🎤 sing and 🎸 play guitar, also playing rock bands. I like to explore music of various genres, enjoying the details and ingenuity of music, which broadens my horizon, keeps me open-minded and gives me inspiration for design.
Having strong passion for learning and want to sing in foreign languages, I began to learn 🇯🇵 Japanese (daily conversation level / JLPT N1 passed) and 🇰🇷 Korean (beginner level) by myself. For static activities, I like 📖 reading and 🖋 writing calligraphy, which helps me collect myself.
I am also an enthusiastic solo content creator (@pdlog___) with 12K+ followers, focusing on introducing various cuisines. My content has generated over 1M in reach, including 50+ reels with 10K+ views, 10+ reels over 100K views (peaking at 1.8M), and led to collaborations with 200+ restaurants.
